Our director and primary credit adviser, Kyp has over 18 years' experience working in the finance industry, initially as a Financial Planner with the CBA and then with Westpac.  In 2002 Kyp held the role of mortgage lender at Statewide Assets and then spent over 8 years working as a specialist lender at  ANZ.  Kyp has a passion for helping people to add value and provide independant tailored financial solutions.  In July 2013 Kyp established the Home & Investment Lending Centre.

Kyp combines his broad experience in Financial Planning and Mortgage Lending into the one service proposition to ensure that his clients receive the right advice based on their unique financial position, goals & objectives.  This separates us from our competitors, providing unbiased advice and appropriate solutions, at the most competitive interest rate.

Kyp personally oversees the entire process of every loan from the initial meeting to settlement and beyond ensuring that you, the client, receives a true personalised service.​
